(NYSE: VSH) hat heute zwei neue, für den Fahrzeugbau geeignete Optokoppler mit Fototransistor-Ausgang in vergrößerter Bauform (Widebody Package) mit einer Vergleichszahl der Kriechwegbildung (CTI) von 600 vorgestellt. Die Bauelemente VOWA617A und VOWA618A von Vishay Semiconductor sollen Signale mit hoher galvanischer Trennung in Elektrofahrzeugen und PV-Wechselrichtern übertragen und bieten bei einer VIORM von 1500 Vpeak und VIOWM von 1060 Veff Luftstrecken und Kriechstrecken entlang der Oberfläche von mindestens 11 mm.

Designed to deliver signal transmission with high galvanic isolation for electric vehicles (EV) and solar inverters, the Vishay Semiconductors VOWA617A and VOWA618A provide VIORM of 1500 Vpeak, VIOWM of 1060 VRMS, and external creepage and clearance distances of ≥ 11 mm.
