Sometimes a customer wants to know if an object is present and sometimes they want to know if it is moving closer or farther away from a sensor. With our VCNLx series of proximity sensors we can do both at a range from 2 cm to 150 cm. On top of proximity, each sensor also includes an integrated ambient light sensor.
