3 A Output Current IGBT and MOSFET Driver

Malvern, Pennsylvania (USA) – 23. Oktober 2024 – Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) hat heute zwei neue IGBT- und MOSFET-Treiber im kompakten, hochisolierten SO-6 Gehäuse vorgestellt. Der VOFD341A und der VOFD343A von Vishay Semiconductors liefern hohe Spitzenausgangsströme von 3 A bzw. 4 A und ermöglichen hohe Betriebstemperaturen bis +125 °C sowie eine geringe Laufzeitverzögerung von maximal 200 ns.

Delivering high peak output currents of 3 A and 4 A, respectively, the Vishay Semiconductors VOFD341A and VOFD343A offer high operating temperatures to +125 °C and low propagation delay of 200 ns maximum.
